What is the lead time to receive my gifts?
Lead times vary with order complexity, quantity and season. To ensure we are able to process your order, we advise confirming your order a minimum of 6 weeks before you need them delivered.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do! However, please note some restrictions may apply to certain items in certain countries. Let us know where you are and we’ll let you know the specifics.
I already have my gifts. Can I give them to you to pack for me?
We do not gift pack items we have not supplied unless the item is a product of the client in question.
I already have my gifts. Can you just brand them for me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. We brand only the items we supply.
I don’t have 6 weeks. Do you offer an express service?
We do but this service is subject to feasibility at the time of request and a 30-50% surcharge.
Do you accept single set orders?
Not currently. You do have the option of our premium gift curation service which is tailored towards special occasion gifting. The minimum budget for this is N2,500,000 per set. More information here.
How much do your gifts cost?
We curate gift sets per client budget.
What is your minimum order quantity for gift sets?
10 sets.
